They are going to get a 2nd rinse today! More rain!
Growing up in Oregon, we just kept our boots this way unless it was freezing weather. They stayed cleaner on the outside and any debris that had fallen inside tumbled right out at the end of the day.
When I did this the other day, I wondered why it took me so long to figure out this trick!

I hope not. I hope to still be learning something every day until my last 🙂 It does remind me of the plastic grocery bags between socks and tennis shoes when playing in the snow…feet stay dry and mobile for snowball fights 😉
