We try to fly the American Flag on most days,

wind can be a factor here at Stone’s Throw Farm.

As beautiful as the flowers are,

nothing beats the Red, White, and Blue.

I love zinnia’s growing in the garden.

The color’s are pure joy.

I planted 20 pots that I had started in the greenhouse,

and Lucy and I will plant more seeds this week.

I thought I would never get in the garden today, but the afternoon gave way to warm sunshine.  

Cat’s napped, I pulled weeds.

We will be having a garden party in a few weeks,

to celebrate a daughter’s graduation.

So much to do.
