I have been relying on the herbs that I dried for my Winter cooking. I froze basil with a bit of olive oil, and have been pleased with the results.

It is soup weather, isn’t it!!!
I brought my kitchen herbs in so I could use them during winter. And I have but they are starting to look like they really need some REAL sunshine.
