I like your title, as my garden is the same: Spring looks tidy but August is a disaster with the almost ready to harvest vegetables.
Last year I could barely walk the path in August–had to zig zag my way through. Made some changes to the planting plan so hope it looks a bit better this year. or not!

Ah famous words! I’m looking forward to seeing the beds (and the plants) progress through summer
Did lots of garden planning on paper this year, before I put even one seed or plant in…..we’ll see if that works in keeping it in order. (I can wish!)
