On a trip to Smith and Hawken– 4 yrs and 4 months ago,
I found these garden shoes.
Made by Bogs.
Leather, with rubber toe bumpers,
easy on and off, comfortable,
and look good.
They have walked many miles…
and I walked the bottom right off one of them!
I tried gluing it back on–twice.
It didn’t work.
And…
They don’t make them anymore!!!!
So the search for replacements
continues….
So hard to say good bye.

Testing out a new pair now, but so far “I don’t like them”!
Oh, I *do* understand…the new BOGS with the neoprene uppers are ok, but nothing like those old leather ones!
