What are you using it in?
Mine is growing like crazy, too…I mostly use it for flavoring pickles, or in rice.

I chop and add to marinades. Good with chicken for sure…or chop and add to salads! I find it is a good light flavor! Bigger photo-lots of green!!! 🙂
Looks like I need to come to the farm…..Tarragon Vinegar easy to make. I also use it is potato salad with red new potatoes.
