24 days of Merry
This has been on my “to do list” for quite some time.
Bleaching bottle brush trees.
I’m pleased with the shades of creamy white that appeared
after a soak in diluted bleach water.
They make the perfect backdrop for my little wooly lamb.

Your bleached bottle brush trees look so much nicer than what I have seen in the store and perfect in your display.
It was quite easy to do! If I see some on clearance after Christmas I’ll do some more. I was going to add some mica flakes, but left plain for now?.
I’ve never heard of seen this before – but its fanstic !
Thank you Claire! The days are flying by and I’m falling behind!
What a great idea…they look great.
Thank you Karen, I was glad to try it and it was a quick little project. Time is not my friend these days. I’m falling behind–in blogging, shopping, etc!
I know what you mean. I got so much to do…annual Christmas party this weekend.
I love these!!! They are so pretty. They do go perfectly with your little lamb!
Though I have lots of green ones, these creamy white ones are my favorite!
I can see why! 🙂
These are really very pretty! What a great idea. The color is so soft! 🙂
My friend is dyeing them all sorts of colors! Very cool!
Love these. Will try to do for 2012 but definitely in 2013. I think I’ll pin it to remember 🙂
