When you live in the country…you live with nature.
Nature has mice…but the deal is they stay outside.
Someone broke the rules this morning.

That expression is priceless! Hope you got the job done. And, I think I speak for many here..would love to see Rosie’s face again. They grow up so fast.
I hate mice. Just hate them. About a week ago, I walked into the kitchen one morning and found a partially chewed banana. Mouse alert. My husband set a trap and the next morning found a mouse (still alive) in the trap. No mice since. But the trapline is set.
I hate them too! We really had a lot when we first moved here, due to the fact the previous owner was not here much and not one kitty! This is the first one in a couple of years! Yuk!
I’m sure the cold weather has something to do with it!
Good kitty! I just can’t deal with mice, I’m afraid. I turn into a silly girl!! Ha! We don’t have a kitty right now, but when we did, he would find the mice and leave them at the back door, waiting for my approval. Once he left a rat and I had to call someone to help me…I’m pitiful. But perhaps if I had the opportunity to live in the country I could make a bigger effort to just deal with it–a nice trade off for a great living environment! 🙂
Looks like you just woke up Kitty and he/she doesn’t looked too thrilled about working. OR Kitty has already finished the job and is ready for a nap. Either way, love the expression!
Ha, the pussy posse looks like he’d twirl a pencil thin moustache if he had one. I know people don’t want them in the house but I feel sorry for them, I’m a weirdo.
The kitties stay outside, until called to duty!
This guy’s name is Ratatouille–appropriate?! He looked like a little rat when he was born–his tail is grey.
Fantastic! Look at that priceless expression!
Tough guy!

I will show Rosie again, soon! And she is growing so fast!!!
Wow, what a cute face; love that expression.

Yuck! I hope Ratatouille gets the job done! Ironic name, given the situation..
Olive spent the day inside yesterday…but she slept all day!
That does not surprise me. Lazy barn kitty
