Royal Burgundy green beans.
A stunning purple color, good producer and nice sweet flavor.
A bowl of these doesn’t last long on the table! Great snack!

Beautiful color…do they stay that color when cooked?
No, they turn green when you cook them! So fun for kids! Or people like me who are easily entertained!! 🙂
It seems that all the purple vegetables turn green when cooked.
they really look great and yummy too 🙂
So pretty, and changes things up a bit in the produce dept!
love different colored food 🙂
I had no idea there were purple “green” beans.
So pretty, and they turn green when you cook them–Magic Beans for sure!
Oooh, so pretty! My beans are still tiny…next week we’ll be snacking on them!
I prefer them raw, snacking material. We did do a big tray of fresh roasted vegetables from the garden last night–the baby beets are delicious!
Oh how perfect! They’re beautiful, and I’m sure very tasty! The poor lowly green bean must be very jealous!
It’s a green bean in disguise! they shed their pretty color when you cook them!, kinda like those shirts that change color when they warm up!
