It did, didn’t it? *sigh*
The fields are drying down quickly, the landscape is turning golden….
Beautiful moody image with lovely light.
Summer is back today.
I treasure those few hours of “warm sun” in the afternoons.
It’s so hard to let it go this year. Hopefully we have a nice autumn to make up for the late start. Beautiful capture of the last days of summer.
I’m holding on for dear life!
Great image.
Thank you, love that moody fog!
Oh my! Such a beautiful photo. I wish our summer would just collapse! Fall is getting closer, but I think we actually have another month to go! I’ll enjoy yours, okay? 🙂
It did get so warm here, I too found myself wishing for Fall….now I changed my mind!
Gasp! I’m actually really enjoying the cool mornings and have been sleeping so much better.
Yes, your so right—the windows open, fresh-crisp air…and add an extra blanket!
A beautiful view, and each season holds its own beauty 🙂 Love the Mist and those frosty mornings when we see the spiders webs in the hedgerows 🙂
