I have fallen behind in garden clean up.
Weather has not been cooperative.
Garden chairs are tucked safely into Rabbit Run Cottage, and I drained the rain barrel.
So much more to do!
country living, tending my kids, gardens, and critters

The cost of enjoying your beautiful garden all summer long. I do remember all the work but was always happy in the spring that I was ready to go.
I know how you feel, although I don’t have a huge garden like you. I finally got the annuals pulled and flower pots emptied last Friday. Still leaves to rake, though. BTW, I harvested a lot of seeds from the marigolds you gifted me with last spring. Thank you.
Just spent an hour playing in the leaves with the grandkids…the chairs, the pots, and even the garlic planting can wait just a little longer…
But not much 🙂
