Such a special plate hints that maybe the seeds are more powerful than just flower-making.
Shamefully, I have not been a seed saver until the last couple of years…either I get lazy, or I just worry about that “my seeds” aren’t as good as buying them! Last year my heirloom tomato seeds had an equal germination rate as the purchased seed. And I’m hooked when I can save money!

I love old white ironstone! The shades of green caught my eye and wanted to share!
I love the look of seeds drying. Your photo is perfect! I am a seed saver too.

Simplicity equals one beautiful image.
Thank you Audrey!
I’m lazy with th enasturtiums, I lt them self seed on the plot. But I’m sure I’d do better if I had such a lovely plate !
They were taking over this year, so I need to plant in a different spot next year!
I’m like Claire – the nasturtiums just self-seed. I do save a few marigolds, though.
Love the plate!
The nasturtiums took over this year so , I need to relocate for next year.
Found the pretty plate at the thrift store!
Any tips for saving Marigold seeds? I should try saving mine as I planted more than I normally do.
