Thank you….and thanks for noticing the soil…blessed to find some good loamy soil on our property to use in the raised beds. I amend it each year with some good old chicken compost.
I can hardly wait–as soon as I began warming the greenhouse I’m going to start some flats of greens.

That’s a lot of lettuce to eat. Do you sell at a farmers’ market?
We eat lots! I share with people and nothing in the garden goes to waste when you have chickens and ducks!

I had leftover pizza for lunch–a fresh salad from the garden would have been much better!
