My favorite spot in the test garden…this little winding waterfall filling the pond.
It was shaded with stunning Japanese Maples.
A serene spot in the garden.
Photo by my husband, Eric–who documented my day with Country Gardens Magazine!
life in and around the garden
Combine your greenhouse with that little stream and I would need nothing else. 🙂
I think my little pond and waterfall is getting a makeover next year!
:Can’t wait to see it, then I will try to copy. 🙂
Enchanting. How do they keep the water clear in the hot sun? Do you have to add ph up or down?
The gardens are perfection! Nothing out of place. I think Water plants are the trick…and probably some pond maintenance chemicals. I know when I kept Koi–we did use some pond chemicals…
I want to make a paper boat, shrink and float down that stream….:-) just beautiful….
🙂 gardens are good!
I want this in my backyard. I have a hill, thus the perfect spot.
We have been wanting to change our pond for the last couple of years…seeing this beautiful example…was just the push we needed….I think there will be some digging around the garden next year.
when am I moving in? 🙂 it looks a beautiful spot, and I could sit there for many an hour thinking about gardening…… hope all is well with you x
