First Day Of Winter

First Day Of Winter

It has all ready been a long, cold, snowy Fall!
What will Winter bring?
As the seed catalogs come in the mail, I began to garden plan on paper, though It will be months yet before a seed is planted in the greenhouse.
January brings a long awaited special moment for this gardener.
Watch for our garden in the Early Spring issue of Country Gardens magazine.
Pick up a copy and let me know what you think!

  1. I think one reason I enjoy this time of year is the thoughtful planning that is involved. There’s not much you can do besides hunker down in a warm house with a warm drink and think of the things you want to do in the new year.

  2. Congratulations! There is no prettier property and gardens than yours to include in a magazine where even more people can drool over the pictures. Merry Christmas to you and here’s hoping for a mild winter.

  3. Awesome! I have been scouring all our local news stands for Country Gardens Magazine. I used to see it all the time. Perhaps they’re only quarterly now? I hope I can find the spring issue when it hits, will watch for it most definitely! I can always ask them to order it at our Major Chapters….the anticipation must be a killer, Congratulations Stacey!
