An Afternoon Of Sharing

A rewarding day sharing the garden with many.

210 people signed a guestbook that the Waseca Garden Club brought.

The garden was filled with people taking in all the sights, smells and tastes this little garden had to offer!

Thank you to all for your kindness.

A big thank you to Laura for helping me.

Eric, Lucy and Zak jumped in to talk with guests after arriving home from a week long camping trip.

The gardener is catching her breath today.

Garden Tour

On This Side

Unfortunately, with the dry weather, powdery mildew has begun to appear on some of my Bee Balm.

It looks like it will have to be cut back, right before the garden tour this weekend.

I had to take one last picture of this side of the garden.

Tomorrow I will trim it down.

The garden changes daily now.

Sunflowers, Bee Balm, Cone Flowers, Brown Eyed Susan flowers fill up the empty spaces.

The back drop of corn fields rustle with the wind.

Blue Jays are calling me to fill the bird feeders.

Rolling up my sleeves for a good day.

The Humble Start

This was the little sign I made for my greenhouse when it was completed.

Painted on an old door panel found on the property.

The name hopefully speaks to the garden, it’s surroundings and the gardener as well.

I needed a reminder today.

I’m out finding my happy in the garden.
