I still will stop and gather pretty leaves while out walking around the garden.
I even tucked a few into some pages of a book to press–perhaps for a future little project.

I’d love to see what projects you might undertake with autumn leaves. How well I remember collecting leaves as a child to iron between pieces of waxed paper. Or building leaf houses during recess or at play with my siblings. I love autumn.
I saw a gal using tiny pressed leaves and garden tops of vegetables on eggs as stencils and dying with tea. Very natural and pretty. What kind of tree is that leaf from?
