I used Ammi or False Queen Anne’s Lace
in my daughter’s bridal flowers this summer.
The delicate flower is on my list to grow next year.
The variety is called Dara.
It was a wonderful cut flower with beautiful shades of cream to chocolate.
This flower is actually an ornamental carrot!
What did the lady bugs think? I recall they are fond of actual Queen Anne’s Lace.
That’a funny you say that, the bride did find a lady bug on her during pictures outdoors!
Lovely. I think perhaps finding a lady bug in a bridal bouquet is good luck.
