I love basil!!! And my favorite pizza is tomato/basil…lots of big tomato slices and lots of basil and lots of mozzarella…yum!

The Purple Basil tastes the same, but so pretty, don’t you think!
If you like to make flavored vinegars, the Purple Basil is wonderful for that–gives it the most lovely shade of lavender.
I LOVE basil just about as much as I love garlic. I’ll have to give the infused vinegar a try. Thanks!
