Provided many cut flowers this past garden season.
Zinnia’s add such a punch of color.
Foxglove
I hope the foxglove self seed this Spring…
but just in case–I will start more in the greenhouse.
A little difficult to grow in zone 4, but worth the effort.
I will grow more flowers
Next Spring, I will plant more flowers.
Autumn in the greenhouse
The Celosia has dried in the greenhouse.
It is much more muted now, in the Autumn sunlight. A bright memory of the Summer, in The Pickery.
Flower Favor
A friend asked for a favor,
3 little flowers, for more friends.
The Pickery
The Pickery provided beautiful cut flowers
through most of the Summer.
The Celosia was quite a splash of color this year!
It was worth the effort to grow.
On The Workbench
A little bunch of flowers
to add some color and fragrance to the house.
Snapdragons, French Vanilla Marigolds, and Lavender sprigs.
